OUR MODEL IS THE SAM NOBLE MUSEUM IN OKLAHOMA

Our model is the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History. Over 700,000 visitors saw SNOMNH between its opening and 2003. 30,000 school children visit it each year!


Cost: $45 million

Approximate Square Footages:

  • Collections, Research, and University Teaching: 150,000
  • Display: 50,000
  • Size of the LSU Union for comparison: 255,000 sq. feet
